Remember these 5 basic rules when using
the Power Runner – FAILURE TO DO SO MAY LEAD TO SERIOUS
INJURY WHILE USING THE MACHINE.
1.
The Power Runner is designed for heavy loads ONLY in the ground
base position.
2. Never exceed 115 lbs. per lever arm while in the double leg
or running position. (Total of 230 lbs.)
3. Never use the Power Runner without the feet firmly fixed in
strap or toe clips.
4. Do not bang or drop Lever Arms while using the Power Runner
5. Regularly inspect all areas of the Power Runner. All bolts
and nuts as well as area in which the chest and shoulder pads
are fastened to the machine. |
